Dining in Salt Restaurant is an essential part of the Lisloughrey experience. Overlooking Lisloughrey Quay with a spectacular view of Lough Corrib, award winning Salt Restaurant serves world class cuisine in a beautiful setting. The entire first floor of the original house has been authentically restored to accommodate the restaurant dining area and features a collection of intimate spaces for you to enjoy the delights of fine food and wine.

Our kitchen, led by Chef Wade Murphy continues to distinguish itself by producing exceptional food in a modern Irish style featuring fresh local ingredients matched by genuinely friendly and attentive service. Under Chef Wade Murphy’s direction, Lisloughrey Lodge has already gained 2 AA Rosettes, was awarded the accolade of Best Restaurant in Connaught 2008 at the Food and Wine Awards and the Lisloughrey Lodge breakfast was National Winner at Georgina Campbell’s Irish Breakfast Awards 2009
